Claude Moulin

Professor Emeritus

Claude Moulin was an associate professor at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) and a researcher at the Heudiasyc laboratory. He is now waiting for beneficing of the Emeritus Status of the UTC. He received his PhD degree in computer science from the university of Rouen in 1998. He worked before as a mathematics teacher in secondary schools. After four years as a researcher in Italy he joined the UTC in 2002. He has a background in knowledge engineering, resources semantic description, ontology, architectures of distributed systems, multi-agent systems and multi-touch application design. He participated to several European projects. He has actively contributed to the initiatives that served as a basis for the Halle Numérique and the Memora Platform of the UTC. He has more than 100 publications in journals and conference proceedings.
